At CASA BELLA, we want you to be completely enamored with your home decor; if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
